A man, 39, was arrested and 4.2kg of high-grade heroin worth $3.5 million seized in a Narcotics Bureau ambush at Oi Man Estate in Ho Man Tin last night. Officers saw a man drive a car into a car park and later place a plastic bag into the boot of another car. The man was intercepted and officers seized a bag containing the heroin from the boot of the second vehicle.
