The event, called Relief, will be held at Jah in Peel Street, Central. Organiser DJ Chris Sorensen said: 'We are throwing the event as a way of doing what we can from way over here in Asia to help the people who have lost so much and those who will suffer in the future.'
Entry, including a free drink, costs $100. Jah is hoping 500 people will attend. 'The $100 is a minimum donation. We're hoping people will pay more,' said Jah owner Jonathan Hakim. Proceeds will go to the Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund and Oxfam.
