Tax incentives

More than 200,000 foreign domestic helpers work in Hong Kong. At the same time, the unemployment rate is at an all-time high.

Unemployed labour represents a waste of social resources. The Government should give families tax incentives to hire local residents as domestic helpers.

It would benefit both the middle class and grassroots labourers.
