Holy hypocrisy

Muslim sensitivity is proffered as a reason for discontinuing attacks on Afghanistan during the holy month of Ramadan, beginning later this month. However, in 1973, Egypt not only launched a war against Israel during Ramadan but chose to do so on Yom Kippur - the holiest day in the Jewish calendar.
