As Miss Hong Kong, Shirley Yeung has to attend a lot of functions and variety shows but she has little say on what she wears on these occasions. 'Usually the TVB image director, Karen Chan, will design the outfits for us,' Yeung says. 'One or two days before the function, we will try the clothes on to see if they fit nicely. Sometimes I have some input on what accessories to wear.'
