Fifty-one people - 45 women aged 17 to 38, and six men aged 28 to 51 - were arrested in an eight-hour anti-vice operation in Mongkok. Of the women, 28 two-way-permit holders and a Thai were arrested for breaching conditions of stay. Three others were overstayers while the remaining 13 were illegal immigrants.
