HUGO BOSS SPENT more than $5 million on the launch of its younger line, Hugo, at the Academy for Performing Arts. During the outdoor bash, Ukrainian acrobats Anatolyi Zalevskyy and Natalyia Vasylyuk and Parisian 'urban theatre' stilt-walkers from La Compagnie Malabar of Paris entertained a hip crowd which included Lane Crawford's Valerie Chow and fashion bad boy Kam Kwok-leung. Marisa Zeman, daughter of Allan, and gal-pal Aviva Graeve shimmied among the stilt-walkers, dressed in white and replete with angel wings. They threw confetti over guests Celina Ma of Gucci and Diva designer Jonathan Chan, encouraging them to hit the dance floor and groove to the tunes created by Parisian DJ Jean Croc, who flew in just for the event. Meanwhile, a crew from London swirled their lighting over G Spot Production party organisers Gilbert Yeung, Gordon Lam and Jackson Ng (who was with new wife Elvina Kong), as Taiwanese socialite Mia Wong recovered from being mobbed by the press.
