Woo tells Britons not to wait

WHARF Holdings chairman Peter Woo Kwong-ching has asked British businessmen to ''do something rather than wait and see about investment opportunities in China''. Speaking at a luncheon in London, Mr Woo urged British businessmen to put themselves in a position to deal directly with mainland cities and provinces using Hongkong as a bridge.
