On Sunday, November 18, I was shopping at the Ocean Centre and Harbour City malls, which were full of estate agents touting a new residential development.
There were so many of them that, at times, I found their presence intimidating and annoying. I saw them in virtually every corner of the malls. They practically made it impossible for people to move freely in an already crowded shopping area.
I accept that property agents have as much right as anyone else to be in a mall, but the management have a responsibility to make sure they do not ruin the enjoyment of shoppers. I hope they will take note of what I have said when allowing future promotions.
