Poor track record

When a Hong Kong man refused to shake Tung Chee-hwa's hand during a walkabout, the Chief Executive should have taken this as sign that he is not popular.

Even though the man later expressed regret for what he did, I think there is growing public disapproval of Mr Tung's performance. He has done nothing to alleviate Hong Kong's social and economic problems.

I hope he is not reappointed for a second term. He lacks the necessary political acumen and should stick to business.
