A French winemaker is asking the courts to force Customs to hand over within a fortnight 15,612 bottles of red wine labelled Mouton Cadet seized from defunct online retailer adMart and a wholesaler. The High Court application by Baron Philippe de Rothschild, which produces Mouton Cadet, came after Ad Marketing Ltd and wholesaler Leung Yick Co Ltd were cleared in October of possessing falsely labelled wine.
