A CONSTRUCTION site worker yesterday appeared in Eastern Court charged with possession of 125 rounds of 7.65 mm calibre ammunition without a licence.

  No plea was taken from Lam Chi-wa, 29, who allegedly committed the offence on December 12 last year at the Grand Tower Hotel, Nathan Road, Kowloon.

  Magistrate Michael Hill ordered Lam to be remanded in police custody until July 16 pending an identity parade and further inquiries.
