Arcade stirs user interest
EMPEROR International Holdings says it is optimistic about the leasing prospects for the 80,000-square-foot shopping arcade in its Emperor Group Centre.
The shopping centre, housed in six storeys from the basement to the fourth floor in the 30-storey Wan Chai commercial building, was put up for lease last week.
Tony Tse, senior general manager of Emperor International's property department, said the firm had already reached preliminary agreements with a number of potential tenants.
They included restaurants, fast food shops, karaoke clubs, audio-visual equipment shops and fashion outlets.
