Two teenagers at a boys' home pleaded guilty to criminal damage in Eastern Court. Fung Chi-kan, 16, and a 15-year-old ripped up 100 books at Pui Chi Boys' Home, Quarry Bay, after being stopped from watching TV. Magistrate Colin Mackintosh described their behaviour as 'childish and immature'. He allowed them to go free on their own recognisance of $500 each.
