COMMUNIST Party leader Jiang Zemin is likely to meet the 57-member panel which will establish the Special Administrative Region (SAR) Preparatory Committee, to be officially launched in Beijing tomorrow.

Zhou Nan, head of the New China News Agency's Hongkong branch, a vice-chairman of the working body, and another three vice-chairmen from Hongkong, left for Beijing yesterday.

The three are Ann Tse-kai, Henry Fok Ying-tung and Simon Li Fook-sean.
