If you have the right face, the long dark curls and a great sense of humour, then why not take your chances in the Alanis Morissette-look-alike competition, organised by Warner Music (Hong Kong)?
The winner will be chosen on February 17 to promote Morissette's new album Under Rug Swept, scheduled for release on February 25.
According to the conditions for entry, contestants can be either male or female, between '0 and 80' years of age and 'slim fitting'. Then, on February 17, they have to approach customers in various HMV shops and introduce themselves as, well, Alanis Morissette.
If you survive this exercise and an 'image shoot' to win the final selection, you will fly to Singapore to meet the singer in person.
Entry requirements include a Hong Kong identity card and the name of your favourite Morissette song.
