Mansion in $84m placement

MANSION Holdings is raising $84.15 million through a placement of 45 million shares - or a 19.5 per cent tranche of the existing share capital - at $1.87.

The price marks a discount to yesterday's close of 4.1 per cent.

Following the deal, which remains subject to regulatory approval, Silver Lotus' 58.5 per cent control on the company slips to 49 per cent.
