Units pending pre-sale consent increased 18 per cent in January from December.

Newly submitted projects include Park Central phase two in Tseung Kwan O, which provides 2,264 units, together with 384 units in block 12.

It is being developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, Henderson Land Development, Nan Fung Development and Chinachem Group, and will be completed in July.
