The Hong Kong Travel Industry Council said it had received an 'unsatisfactory' accident report from mainland tour operator Keropy Travel on a Lunar New Year bus crash. Three Hong Kong people were killed and 22 were injured in the February 12 crash on the Shenzhen-Shantou Expressway.
