I REFER to Ms Joanna Lee's letter (South China Morning Post, June 26,) headlined, ''All roads lead to the Oasis''.

  The Transport Department has advised the Driving Instructor Association to urge its members to exercise self-discipline and not to cause undue obstruction to other road users on the new road near Parc Oasis.

  The department will closely monitor the situation and will implement appropriate traffic improvement measures if necessary.
