THE Airport Authority Bill will be introduced to the Legislative Council in the early part of the next legislative year.

  Financial Secretary and chairman of the Provisional Airport Authority (PAA) Hamish Macleod yesterday tabled the annual report.

  He said: ''If all goes well, and agreement is soon reached with China on the airport financing plan, construction of the terminal building could begin in mid-1994.''
