MARINE Department plans to impose strict regulations in Hongkong waters to control increasing traffic may have come too late for six men injured in a launch off Tuen Mun yesterday. The six were travelling to the new airport site at Chek Lap Kok when theircompany's catamaran hit an anchored barge at 5 am. Four men were in hospital last night in a fair condition, while the two others were treated and discharged.
