Zheda targets $80m for share sale

Zheda Lande Scitech, which provides software and hardware to mainland telecommunications operators, aims to raise net proceeds of about HK$80 million by selling 97.5 million new H shares to institutional investors at 95 HK cents each. About 70 per cent of the Growth Enterprise Market candidate's HK$64.19 million turnover came from China Unicom last year. The company's shares are scheduled to debut on May 3.
