Journey Into Amazing Caves - the latest offering from the Hong Kong Space Museum's Omnimax theatre - is perfect for thrill-seekers and nature lovers.
Although it is no Hollywood-style Cliffhanger, the audience will still feel a chill running down their spine watching two young women sliding down steep cliffs in the Grand Canyon, diving in the Caribbean Sea or descending into icy crevices in Greenland.
Even for a city girl like me - who was only looking for an air-conditioned place to escape the summer heat - I walked out of the theatre refreshed, ready to go on a hike along the Dragon's Back trail.
The two women who changed my weekend plans were microbiologist Dr Hazel Barton from Britain and American teacher Nancy Aulenbach.
As part of their medical studies, the duo go caving around the world to search for tiny organisms that survive in extreme environments. Although it may take years to develop medicine from their studies, the women said they were happy to contribute.
The scenes at the Grand Canyon make you feel like you are flying in the plane with the camera crew.
The most captivating part about the movie, for me, was Dr Barton's trip to mysterious underwater caves in the jungles of Mexico.
