SCMP Reporter

A Correctional Services officer was last night found hanged in department quarters in Stanley. Leung Wing-hung, 30, was discovered by a colleague who went to the quarters in Tung Tau Wan Road when he failed to report for duty at 6.45pm. Leung was taken to Eastern Hospital where he died at 8.18pm.
