Two of these detached houses - 73 and 77 Plantation Road on the Peak - each measuring 4,200 square feet and developed by Wincome Group, will be sold by tender, which is due to close next Thursday, according to Jones Lang LaSalle's investment department. The third house in the project - 75 Plantation Road - has been reserved by the developer and will be released for sale subject to offers. Analysts estimated the houses could be worth HK$55 million to HK$68 million each. The homes, completed at the end of last year, each have a swimming pool, garden, terrace and harbour view.
