English invoice plea falls on deaf ears
I have been a subscriber of Cable TV for a number of years and cannot get promotional leaflets in English.
My statement is sent in English, but despite numerous phone calls and assurances from Cable staff, I still receive the company's promotional flyers in Chinese.
I eventually decided that I would have to live with this. However, earlier this month I received an invoice for my next subscription for i-cable and again it was not in English. I have sent numerous e-mails to the company and still I cannot get an English invoice.
Therefore, now I am in the situation where I will pay through my credit card account an unspecified amount, for an unspecified time and for an indeterminate period and all because they refuse to send me an invoice that I can read.
Have any other readers had a similar experience?
