Dutch insurer in SAR tie-up

Dutch insurer ING Life Insurance has formed an alliance with the mainland's Bank of Communications to sell policies through the bank's 41 SAR branches. ING Life Hong Kong and Macau manager Cheng Man-kwong hoped the tie-up would help boost new premium business by 20 per cent for the year. 'About 200 licensed bank staff will sell our policies in their branches,' Mr Cheng said.
