Yellow price labels cause checkout confusion

ParknShop in Festival Walk, Kowloon Tong, uses yellow sticky labels to show promotional prices. Yet, for the third time in a row I have had to complain at the checkout about being charged the full price of items, and not the discounted price. This is not only annoying for myself, but also for the checkout assistant who then has to go and verify the price, and for all the other customers waiting in line. The second time this happened recently, I phoned the management to complain. But seemingly the management of ParknShop do not take their customers complaints seriously.
