Philippines names new consul

Outgoing Philippine Consul-General Zeneida Angara-Collinson will be replaced by a former ambassador to Vienna on July 1. Victoria Sisante-Bataclan is currently assistant secretary for personnel of the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs.
