The Democratic Party has set policy benchmarks for the new Tung cabinet over the next five years.
The Chief Executive and his team members should resign if their performance fell far from the mark, the Democrats said.
Under the benchmarks, the economic development and labour chief should gradually reduce unemployment by one percentage point a year until full employment is achieved.
The Financial Secretary should strive to ensure the economic growth of Hong Kong would not rank the slowest among Asia's four 'little dragons' - Taiwan, Singapore, Korea and the SAR - in the next three years.
Democrats said their benchmarks were lenient.
'Our standard is not exactly high,' legislator Law Chi-kwong said.
