Hon Kwok Land Investment reported a profit for the 12 months to March 31 of HK$3.15 million, compared with a HK$397.1 million loss a year earlier. Earnings per share were 0.24 HK cents, compared with a previous loss of 29.8 HK cents. Parent Chinney Investments recorded a profit of HK$10.29 million, against a HK$105.02 million loss previously. Earnings per share were 1.87 HK cents, a final dividend of two HK cents per share was recommended.
