TAIWANESE ACTRESS SHU QI, appropriately decked out in a pink, wispy Dior number for a recent watch launch party by the same brand, had a few problems with the wind blowing up her skirt. Just like Marilyn Monroe in The Seven Year Itch, but she didn't seem to mind at all - and was apparently quite dexterous at not letting press cameras catch sight of her knickers.
The breezy party was held at the Conrad hotel's poolside and watches were presented to five local style leaders - Shu Qi, singer Anthony Wong, fashion designer Johanna Ho, Asian art archivist Claire Hsu and actor Stephen Fung. Michele Li was raring to go in a swinging pair of shades. She was with her partners of Style 911, Janet Ma Sze-wai and Jane Chow. Lucilya Rohmig, back on the social scene after a stint of anonymity, checked out the merchandise, while Moet Hennessy-Louis Vuitton's Marie Fortunato's daughter Marina had a grand time running around the pool.
