Alert over Pooh lamps

Consumers have been warned to stop using Winnie the Pooh table lamps supplied free with Braun Thermoscans and D15511 Power toothbrushes. Acting on a complaint, the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department found the lamp was not securely earthed and did not offer adequate protection against electrocution. Consumers are advised to return the lamps to T&G (H.K.) Holding Ltd, telephone 2414 2670.
