K Wah International (Holdings) expects to realise about HK$2.6 billion from three residential projects by the end of the year. K Wah Real Estate's deputy general manager of sales Czarina Man said the group had scheduled an official launch of its luxury residential project, The Palace in Kowloon Tong, for September. More than 20 units had been sold through internal sale and generated HK$300 million. The average price achieved was HK$7,500 per square foot, Ms Man said. The Palace comprises 94 units of about 900 sq ft to 2,300 sq ft. It was due to be completed by the end of the year, she said. Ms Man said the remaining units could generate proceeds of about HK$900 million. The group is releasing another luxury residential development, Grand Excelsior, also in Kowloon Tong, for sale at an average price of HK$5,600 per square foot. Ms Man said 38 units had been sold, realising about HK$200 million. The remaining 70 units could bring in HK$400 million to HK$500 million. Another new residential development in Ma On Shan was planned for sale in October, at the earliest, she said. She expected the project would be worth more than HK$1 billion. It consisted of about 600 units, ranging from 600 sq ft to more than 1,000 sq ft.
