A FORMER property consultant yesterday appeared in Western Court charged with deception. Wu Tak-leung, 28, denied having dishonestly obtaining $5,000 from Kwan Kin-wah on July 6 last year. The charge is in connection with the sale of a flat in South Horizons, Ap Lei Chau. The trial was set for November 9.
