Apple

FOR THE LAST SIX MONTHS music fans using Windows have been suffering from Mac envy. Why? Because Mac users were able to connect their machines to Apple's iPod, a cigarette packet-sized MP3 player with enough capacity to store thousands of songs compressed at very high-quality settings. But help is at hand for PC devotees. Apple has recently announced the latest three updates to the iPod, which includes a 20-gigabyte version and Windows connectivity for all three models. The iPod is available from New Vision Technology, 233 Computer Zone, 298 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, tel: 2836-6690. The five-gigabyte model sells for $2,500, the 10-gigabyte for $3,100 and the 20-gigabyte costs $3,900.
