Mr Andersson is responsible for international sales and service in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. He will be based in Britain. Previously he was vice-president of worldwide sales for Network 365.

Marcel Chang

He most recently served as president of Evergreen Marine Corp (Taiwan). Before that he was president and executive vice-president of Evergreen America and has held management positions for Evergreen in Europe and Taiwan. He will work with Thomas Chen, president of Evergreen America, in his new assignment.

Arnold Wang

Evergreen Marine Corp (Taiwan)

Mr Wang joined Evergreen in 1978 and spent two years in Italy. He joined the affiliated company Uniglory Marine in 1987 and was appointed executive vice-president in 1996. In 1998, Mr Wang returned to Evergreen as president of Evergreen Deutschland, based in Hamburg. Last year he transferred back to to Taipei as executive vice-president and head of the corporate business co-ordination division.

K.K. Tse

Mr Tse was previously head of State Street's investor services business in Asia. He joined the company in 1993 and has been responsible for expanding business in Asia (ex-Japan). He works closely with all other company product groups and chairs the Asia market board to put in place strategies in the region.

Shimon Takagi

The Japanese arm of the firm has enhanced its Kandabashi law office by appointing Mr Takagi, who is an expert in both Japanese tax law and Japanese commercial law, a rarity in Japan. Mr Takagi specialises in commercial and corporate law, tax planning, tax disputes, tax-oriented corporate transactions, tax-oriented financial products and private banking.
