Shui On Construction's Rui Hong Xin Cheng project in Shanghai will begin to yield profits in 2003-04, according to chairman Vincent Lo Hong-sui. Development cost for the second phase had been brought down to 5,300 yuan (about HK$4,900) to 5,500 yuan per square metre, he said.
