Celebs cast aside clothes for charity

Socialite Margery Au's celebrity new and second-hand clothes and accessories sale opens tomorrow at the Conrad Hotel's Bowen Room. Posh clobber, handbags and accessories will cost a fraction of their original price.

Items have been donated by local and international luminaries such as Emma Bunton (aka Baby Spice) and CoCo Lee (below), as well as international fashion houses. Profits go to Operation Smile's Sheen Hok Foundation.

'This is one of our biggest sales yet,' said Au.

Bargains include:

- Singer CoCo Lee's floral-print dress: was $7,500 new, now $680.

- Baby Spice Emma Bunton's Chloe top: new $6,800, now $580.
