I have just been promoted to Form Four. I know I should feel happy, but I don't because there is so much to worry about: the economic downturn; our competitive society; not to mention the fact that I now face the stress of taking the HKCEE. What can I do to reduce my stress?
Worried Girl
write@ttitude says: Since when was the economic downturn your problem? Or a competitive society? People who want a reason to get stressed out and worried will always find one, but do you want to be one of them? I don't think so. My all-time-favourite stress buster is exercise. Going for a run or swim, dancing and working up a sweat in the gym are all great ways of burning off nervous energy. It will also keep you looking fit and help you sleep well at night. Exercise should be fun, so whether you decide to do it alone or with a friend, pick your favourite routine and do it with a smile.
I am in a real mess because I think I am in love with two boys. I have decided that what I should do is tell them both that I love them and see what their reactions are. The one that says he loves me, too, must be the right one. Do you think I'm madly in love - or just mad?
