Zuleika Mok

Ms Mok will be responsible for managing the international human resources requirements of the company, mapping the needs for future development and overseeing training  of staff in the group's head office and operations. She joined the company in 1994 as  HR director at The Peninsula Hong Kong and recently was rooms division manager at the flagship hotel.

Johnny Yuen

Chief accountant

Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels

Mr Yuen's responsibilities include consolidating financial statements involving subsidiaries and joint ventures; assisting in tax planning; preparing annual budgets; and financial and cash-flow forecasts. Mr Yuen joined from China Infrastructure Group, where he was finance and accounting manager. Previously, he was assistant manager of KPMG.

P.W. Pong

President for Greater China

Veritas Software

An industry veteran and former Oracle regional managing director, Mr Pong will be responsible for managing the company's operations in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. He brings more than 23 years of management experience in the Greater China information technology industry to the position. A key goal will be to increase sales and improve service of Veritas' storage management software.

Chris C.H. Wong

Assistant vice-president - agency sales

Mr Wong, who has nearly 20 years' experience in the life insurance industry, joined the company in 1995. His primary responsibility is to assist in managing the agency force and to drive strategies on development.

Will Hamilton

Managing director (northern)

Leighton Asia

Mr Hamilton has more than 25 years' experience in the construction industry in Australia and Southeast Asia. He joined Leighton Asia in Hong Kong in 1988.  He spent eight years, based in Bangkok, as director and general manager of Thai Leighton. He returned to Hong Kong last year as deputy managing director of Leighton Asia's northern region, with responsibility for  Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, the Philippines and Thailand.

Joe Dujmovic

General manager, Hong Kong and China

Leighton Asia

Mr Dujmovic was responsible for Leighton's civil engineering activities in Hong Kong before his current appointment.

Freeman Chan

Partner, corporate finance department

Norton Rose

Mr Chan has a well-established corporate finance practice in Hong Kong and China and has worked on a wide variety of corporate finance transactions. He will be working as part of the company's Hong Kong team to expand the SAR and China practice.
