4 face car-park kidnap charges

Three men and a woman appeared in Kowloon City Court accused of kidnapping a car dealer at a Tsim Sha Tsui car park last Wednesday. Transportation worker Pun Luen-pan, 27, his wife, Fong Man-lai, 28, a saleswoman, jobless Chi Ka-cheuk, 28, and Tang Kai-wing, 25, are facing a joint charge of kidnapping Lam Yick-ming. No pleas were entered. Prosecutor Annie Chan said others involved in the abduction were still at large. Magistrate Ernest Lin Kam-hung adjourned the case to October 21.
