OTIS Elevator Company (HK) has been awarded a $65.5 million contract to supply and install elevators and escalators at Swire Properties' Dorset House development in Quarry Bay, which is due for completion in September 1995.

Otis is the world's largest elevator and escalator company and employs more than 1,000 people in Hong Kong.
