HONG Kong's Noel Kennedy has a 100 per cent record after five rounds of the men's singles competition at the Pacific Championships in Canada.
Kennedy leads the table after notching three important victories on the second day, keeping him firmly on course for the gold medal.
Having won his first two matches on Monday, Kennedy continued his fine form with a 25-14 win over Keith Turton of Norfolk Island.
He then scored a 25-21 win over Canada's Mark Gilliland, one of the pre-tournament favourites for the men's singles gold before beating the Papua New Guinea representative 25-21.
The Hong Kong women's pairs team of Rosemary McMahon and Rae O'Donnell are also unbeaten, winning all their four matches so far.
In their latest match, they beat Fiji 25-14 following a victory over Cook Islands (35-12).
