OTLHK services go online

Hong Kong: Orient Trucking Hong Kong Limited (OTLHK), a subsidiary of the CSX World Terminals, has launched an e-commerce service providing online and up-to-date information on goods in transit. The service offers real-time drayage status inquiry, online invoice details, performance reports and related industry information such as vessel scheduling, weather forecasts and traffic status updates. The company says the site will result in fewer phone inquiries, allowing it to focus resources elsewhere.
