A 43-YEAR-OLD woman suffering from multiple chop wounds was found lying unconscious at a staircase in a Tai Koo Shing building last night. Leung Wing-lin was certified dead on arrival at Tang Shiu Kin Hospital.

  A man found with a slight wound on his left hand was treated at the hospital and later detained while his 18-year-old girlfriend was also helping detectives with inquiries.
