Hong Kongers using the Internet to book a weekend break at the Macau Mandarin are hitting a surprise bump on the information superhighway.

1 Aeroplane; 2 Train; 3 Car.'

Then it demands flight or train details. So as reader Rebecca Pang discovered, if you're travelling to Macau by ferry - as most of us do - you have to invent an airline or promise to arrive by car. But to keep your word, of course, you'll have to wait for Sir Gordon Wu Ying-sheung and his Zhuhai bridge.
