AUSTRALIA's Channel Nine Network broadcast an expose last night of how some Aussie paddlers exposed themselves during Hong Kong's international dragon boat festival, apparently causing ''uproar in Hong Kong''. But Keeping Posted last night could find no one who had heard of the allegedly shocking events reported in the TV programme. We found a surprising discrepancy between whether the Aussie who dropped his jocks revealed his backside (as Hong Kong organisers believed) or his front-side (as ''revealed'' by Channel Nine). Hong Kong Tourist Association spokesman Penelope Byrne said: ''This sounds like a storm in a tea cup. ''It was at the end-of-event dinner. It's a jolly, relaxing, fun party where everybody lets their hair down, just as they do at the end of the Rugby Sevens. ''The Australian man did show a bit of his rear, but there have been more daring episodes in previous years.''
