A handful of Hong Kong students may have their British A-level results regraded following this summer's exam fiasco. Frank Wingate, head of external affairs for Edexcel, the board used by both the English Schools Foundation and the German Swiss International School, said it was unlikely that many students in Hong Kong would be among the 250 students involved in its review.
